Moved to community development work in 2000 after 15 years in corporate management life. Has worked for various International NGos, such as Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs and Abt. Associates, with roles as Stake-holder Regional Coordinator, Private Sector Initiative and Public-Private Partnership Advisor. Kemal founded and managed CCPHI an organisation that promotes and facilitates partnership programs involving government, business and NGO/CSO for healthy and sustainable community development. CCPHI is focused on building a multi-stakeholder trust-building platform aimed at providing business and NGO/CSO a safe-haven for multi-stakeholder dialogue. Kemal has also been a primary developer of an executive education program entitled “Executive Program for Sustainable Partnership” (EPSP) with Paramadina University.
